The latest classic Air Jordan to return to retail is the "Metallic" Air Jordan Retro 5, which will be re-released this weekend after last being made available in 2007.

Air Jordan designs got more innovative and this fifth model proved to be an output of a real genius designer. The original colorway which utilized Black on most of the upper features a Grey padded reflective tongue with Red Jumpman embroidery. The side has a White perforated plastic panel while the heel displays a White Jumpman logo. A highlight of the Black midsole is a Grey-speckled shark teeth-like design and under it is a blue-tinted translucent outer sole.
